Overview
The Nepal Langtang Helicopter Tour is a brief but well-deserving addition to the country's list of exhilarating adventure tours. The tour involves seeing Tamang villages and the Kyanjin Monastery (3,800 meters), which is where we land. Another highlight of the journey is an aerial view of Gosainkunda Lake and a visit to the Kyanjin Cheese Factory. You're in for a treat if you're an adrenaline addict looking to explore Nepal's undiscovered tourist destinations. One mind-blowing experience that is unimaginably unique to Langtang Helicopter Tour is a helicopter ride to the Himalayas at altitudes between 5,500 and 7,300 meters and Langtang National Park.
Langtang region is situated roughly 51km north of Kathmandu. The Langtang National Park, which borders a variety of flora and fauna, is its most famous feature. The park is home to some of Nepal's most well-known sights, including the Hindu holy lake Gosainkunda. Langtang is a popular destination for rafting, climbing, and trekking among tourists from all over the world. Although the avalanche that resulted from the earthquake in April 2015 decimated the communities in the Langtang region, it has undergone multiple restorations, indicating a quick recovery and a stronger comeback.
Despite the difficulties, Langtang is still regarded as one of Nepal's most popular tourist sites. The Langtang National Park is the fourth protected area in Nepal and the first national park in the Himalayas. The park features oak, maple, and pine trees as well as the evergreen splendor of nature. Around Spring, rhododendron blossoms bloom all throughout the woodland. It has connections to the northern Tibetan Autonomous Region. The Bhote Koshi and Trishuli Rivers, two illustrious rivers, form the boundary. Some of the tallest peaks in the Langtang mountain range include Changbu (6,781m), Dorje Lakpa (6,966m), Loenpo Gang (6,979m), Langtang Lirung (7,234m), and Langtang Ri (7,205m).
